Russian negotiators privately “apologized” to the Ukrainian side after the strike on a passenger train in the Kharkiv region, explaining the attack by the “lack of an order” for a ceasefire for individual units of the Russian army. As a result, US President Donald Trump said that Russia had agreed to a temporary pause in missile strikes on Kyiv due to severe frosts.

The apology came after the January 27 attack, after talks in Abu Dhabi , where the parties discussed a so-called “energy truce.” According to an adviser to the Ukrainian President’s Office, the agreement was informal and did not come into effect immediately, but the Russian side assured that the strike on the train was the result of a disagreement.

The Ukrainian President’s Office said the pause in the shelling was discussed during trilateral talks between Ukraine, Russia and the United States that took place last weekend in Abu Dhabi. The agreement, he said, is informal and has not been put into writing.
Experts note that even a temporary pause can be a test of the parties’ readiness for real agreements, but it does not mean an end to the war or a long-term truce.
Earlier, OBOZ.UA reported that the Russian army in the Kharkiv region struck a passenger train Barvinkove – Lviv – Chop with Shahed-136 suicide drones. The enemy drones hit the locomotive and a passenger car, which caused a fire. At least six people died as a result of the attack.

As for the mini-cease-fire, these serpents would never agree to it if they were not suffering themselves. The argument that they can continue afterwards with a bigger arsenal is not very sound. Ukraine can also increase its arsenal in the meantime.

My take on this is putler phoned his employee begging him to stop Ukraine from attacking mafia land, so they come up with this BS. If TACO was so worried about Ukraine he wouldn’t have waited a month before contacting putler.
The mad pumpkin head utterly fails to see that his begging the rat, which is what I interpret this as, doesn’t look anything like America being great. It makes us look like an insignificant banana republic.
