Ukrainian intelligence received internal documents of the Russian army , which indicate that the occupiers do not receive the promised cash payments for the invasion of Ukraine.
The documents were published by the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on Facebook .
It is noted that instead of money, the occupiers are offered additional days off, and it is forbidden to complain about the lack of funding.
“Documents have been received confirming that the Russian military is not receiving the cash payments promised to them. The telegram addressed to the commanders of nine military units expresses indignation at the appeal of Russian military personnel to the central military authorities. As follows from the document, the occupiers are limited in cash payments, promising instead to provide additional days off. At the same time, it is forbidden to complain about the lack of funding and even appoint proceedings for such attempts,” the intelligence service noted.
It also follows from the documents that when checking the participants in the Russian-Ukrainian war, conscripts illegally sent to Ukraine were found.

In addition, the Russian command orders to draw up a separate list of servicemen who refused to participate in the war against Ukraine.

He started by lying to them about going on an exercise or to a parade in Kyiv. If they got killed they were promised $50 each. Then he promised them bonuses to fight in Ukraine and he didn’t intend them to come home and collect. Putin can’t pay them and they’re running away, getting captured and getting killed. Why fight?. For stolen silverware they don’t know how to use or a toilet they don’t know how to use?
