Several intelligence agencies report that the planned invasion of Ukraine was canceled because of a cholera outbreak in the Russian Federation.

Even Vladimir Putin is believed to have cholera, which seemed obvious during the visit to Moscow by French president Macron.

Meanwhile the Russian military is trying desperately to get their troops ready for combat, but is unable to contain the cholera situation so far.
