The Russian invaders, capturing Ukrainian cities, did not disdain anything.
Advisor to the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko in his Telegram spoke about the case of eating cat food by Russian troops.
The incident occurred in the village of Kopylov, Kiev region. In fact, having cut off local residents from the supply of products from cities controlled by Ukraine, the invaders robbed shops.
In the robbed warehouses of the local supermarket, after the village was liberated from the invaders, open packs of cat food were found.
“The invaders looted the ATB warehouses in the village of Kopylov, Kiev region. They even ate cat food out of hunger. Apparently, even cat food is tastier than Russia’s expired dry rations. An army of marauders and cockroaches,” Gerashchenko said.

Gerashchenko also separately mentions the drinking of alcoholic beverages by Russians. Bottles of alcohol that the occupiers could not take out with them, they just drank.
The Russian military in intercepted conversations with relatives complained more than once about the poor food supply for their units.
The Russians even posted videos showing expired dry rations, outraged by the military command.
There are known cases of Russians eating dogs in previously occupied cities near Kiev.
