A Russian helicopter crashed in the Kerch Strait. However, specific information about the type of helicopter is contradictory, as reports have changed several times.
At first, it was about the Ka-27, later about the Ka-52. This is what the propaganda Telegram channel FighterBomber writes about.
Fighterbomber initially reported that the crash involved a Ka-27 helicopter belonging to the Russian Naval Aviation. It was noted that the preliminary cause of the incident could have been a failure of the aircraft equipment.
However, the message was subsequently deleted, and a new post appeared in its place, which was about a crash involving a helicopter of a different model, the Ka-52.
This message also subsequently disappeared, and the channel published another message, which spoke of a “helicopter crash,” without specifying the specific type.
What is known about the Ka-27 and Ka-52 helicopters?

The machine is capable of destroying armored and unarmored vehicles, manpower and air targets in the battlefield. The first flight prototype of the Ka-52 helicopter, which received the onboard number 061, was re-equipped by the beginning of November 1996 from a serial Ka-50.
