Russian law enforcement agencies to control the proper use of water and watering gardens
The government of the Russian Federation believes that the residents of annexed Crimea are themselves to blame for the lack of water on the peninsula, as they “steal water from each other.” This was stated by the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin, TASS reports.
According to the official, in order to rectify the situation in Crimea, the authorities can involve law enforcement officers who will check unauthorized connections to the water supply. Thus, in Moscow they believe that the problem with water supply on the peninsula appeared due to theft.
“If necessary, we need to involve law enforcement agencies, we need to take control of where the unauthorized fence comes from, where the wrong metering devices are, where today people are deliberately breaking or spoiling metering devices, watering their gardens. We don’t have enough water at home somewhere, and someone without a meter pours water at random,” said Khusnullin.
He also added that by December 1, a program for accounting and control of such losses will be developed.
“They promised me by December 1 to give a complete program with all the activities. We have major repairs, fences, and issues with unauthorized water withdrawal, control, and metering – they promised me to give me a fully approved program by December 1,” summed up the Russian Deputy Prime Minister.
In Crimea, reservoirs became shallow as a result of drought. So, in Simferopol, in Bakhchisarai and Simferopol regions, severe restrictions on water consumption were introduced.
As you know, Ukraine provided up to 85% of Crimea’s needs for fresh water through the North Crimean Canal, which connects the main channel of the Dnipro with the peninsula. After the annexation of Crimea by Russia in 2014, the supply of water was stopped.

Perhaps they are just mimicking the trash that is now running Crimea. Don’t forget, stealing is inbred into Russkies, just like dogs piss up against a lampost.
That’s really funny … the thieves are accusing others of thieving. That’s mafia land for you.
Ah of course, I knew there had to be a logical explanation, its not 6 years of cluster fuckery, its all the fault of the Crimeans. The few that the Bog stealers have allowed to remain that is.
Glad we were able to clear that one up, is it time to shoot some guilty people yet?
