A top official of the federal customs service was detained in Kaliningrad after making a drunk debauch in the five-star Crysal House hotel.
According to the Astra Telegram channel, the matter concerns Lieutenant General Oleg Zavgorodny, head of the logistics department.
He came to the city for a meeting on the results of operational and service activities, he and the deputy head of the FCS, Colonel-General Andrei Strukov, got so drunk that first started to get into a fight with the staff, and then decided to call a “girl”, and then chased her around the hotel until he was detained by law enforcement officers who arrived there.
At the same time, even being handcuffed in the Ministry of Internal Affairs department, Zavgorodny did not calm down and continued his “performance”, kicking people around him and threatening them with dismissal.
In the end, the Russian general was released without even drawing up a report, although a considerable part of his adventures was recorded on video.
