Well, on a philosophical note, the road to hell may occasionally be paved with good intentions, but much more often with bad ones! Like, mad support for an unscrupulous, murderous dictator. There’s no u-turn possible, then! 😈
I would like to add a quote from the 1955 classic, “Des Teufels General” (“The Devil’s General”), based on the life and death of Ernst Udet:
