July 11 (Reuters) – Russia warned on Tuesday of “catastrophic consequences” for Europe if the Ukraine war escalates, as NATO leaders prepared to deliver a “positive message” to Kyiv at a summit on its future prospects for joining the military alliance.
Moscow has cited NATO’s eastern expansion as a key factor in its decision to invade Ukraine nearly 17 months ago. On Monday the Kremlin said that if Ukraine joined the alliance, this would pose a direct threat to Russia’s security to which it would react clearly and firmly.

We all know this is BS. Ukraine never had any chance to join NATO, and probably never will. On the other hand, Finland and Sweden were guaranteed a NATO seat, yet not a peep from the dwarf terrorist when NATO borders with russia, more than doubled.
That’s right, and their main issue is not NATO it is their 800 year struggle to claim Kyiv. They just can’t handle the fact that Kyiv is their Fatherland and vastly more prosperous, civilized and free than their shithole gas station.
As General Hodges has said many times, Ukraine in NATO would guarantee that Ukraine never attacked russia, as that would drag NATO into a war with russia.
Yep, but otherwise NATO is purely defensive. Putler shouldn’t object to that he should welcome it. That’s just more proof his obsession isn’t about NATO it is about stealing Ukraine’s history, culture and identity because Ukrainians know who the real Moskali are and the truth about Moskovia. As long as Ukraine survives Moskovia will always be the runt in Eastern Europe.
