Ukraine successfully struck the Kirishi and Yaroslavl oil refineries. Russia can only produce 70% of their national daily gasoline consumption and the fuel lines in every major Russian city are getting worse. More than 100,000 Russian men have recently fled to Georgia in anticipation of Putin announcing mobilization next month.
