Krim Vetter – Crimean Wind – reports severe damage to a building in Kursk from air defense work. No mention is made if the air defense missile itself caused the damage or the object it shot down.
“A shot down missile fell on a residential building in Kursk. There is a fire there,” the acting governor said.

More likely the orcs targetted Kursk themselves, in the hope of trying to blame Ukraine.
