Russia sees strikes on Ukraine as the only way to achieve its interests and will not stop until it captures all of Donbas . Kremlin press secretary Dmitry Peskov stated this in an interview with Russian media .
Peskov claims that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin allegedly “wants peace,” while immediately afterwards declaring the Kremlin’s intentions to continue the war.
“This is what Putin said: We want peace, and we prefer to achieve it through peaceful means, but until that’s impossible, we will fight, and we will fight with all our might,” he declared.
At the same time, the Kremlin’s mouthpiece threatened that “those who are hatching plans to deal a crushing blow to Russia will pay the price.”
Peskov also commented on the issue of Ukraine’s temporarily occupied territories. He stated that Russia plans to occupy the entire territory of Donbas and fight for “even 0.01% of the territory.”
“Even if it’s half a percent, even if it’s one hundredth of a percent. This is the Russian Federation. There’s nothing to discuss here,” Peskov said.

The reality is that Putler will never stop trying to take all Ukraine unless forced to.
We can expect periodic announcements about “peace initiatives” from Krasnov and lackeys like Witless, Rubio etc. None of them will come to anything because they are all designed simply to give putler more time to achieve his Nazi objectives.
We must wait for an American president to come along who is not from the Putin Wing of the GOP and if it’s a Dem, they must not come from the DSA or affiliates.
