Keith Kellogg made a statement about what concessions Russia will have to make.
Russia will need to make territorial concessions, as well as reduce its armed forces and refrain from using them in the future, said US President Donald Trump’s special envoy Keith Kellogg.
According to him, during a meeting with the heads of the British, Polish and Ukrainian Foreign Ministries, Ukraine “may also make concessions.” In addition, Kellogg assessed how effective the sanctions against Russia are now.
“They are at the level of 6 out of 10. But their implementation is at the level of 3 out of 10. We need sanctions that hit the economy. We did this in the past with Iran, we imposed sanctions that really broke that country,” he emphasized.
