“During the arrival of the first fire and rescue crews, it was established that an oil spill was burning on an area of ​​300 sq. m. The governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, reported on  Telegram that air defense systems allegedly eliminated an aircraft-type drone in the Novooskol urban district. There are supposedly no casualties.
