I doubt that blaming Ukraine for what happened in Dagestan surprises anyone. It was predicted yesterday. It’s mafia land’s SOP. Ukraine is also at fault for the next heat wave, and blizzard, and flooding, and for all the holes in their streets and roads, and for the general misery in their daily existence.
Some Duma clown blamed Ukraine while the victims bodies were still warm. It’s a fucking sick country that needs curing.
I would know just the right medicine to prescribe if I were POTUS.
