The Defense Forces believe that Kadirov residents will be placed in the border zone.
Russia transferred the Kadyriv troops to the north of the Kharkiv region in order to use them as blocking units and stop the escape of other units. Nazar Voloshyn, the spokesman of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group of troops, told about this on the air of the telethon.
According to him, blocking units, formed from the personnel of the “Akhmat” units, were deployed in the border zone to stop the attempts of Russian soldiers to escape back to the Russian Federation.
“This was done so that during the regrouping of the troops, the Kadyrivians would restrain others who would try to escape,” he said.
