Explosions thundered in Kyiv on October 17 in the morning.

According to the mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, the explosion occurred in the Shevchenko district in the center of the capital.

“All services are on the way. Details later. The air raid continues. Stay in shelters!” Klitschko urged.
