In Russia, they are reporting a massive drone attack on the regions ; it is reported that an industrial enterprise in Kazan and a plant in Engels were hit.
Thus, in Kazan, local residents report a major fire in the area of the Kazan Orgsintez plant. This is the only Russian manufacturer of polycarbonates and high-strength plastics, as well as one of the country’s largest manufacturers of high- and low-density polyethylene.

According to local media, the attack did not hit the plant itself, but a liquefied gas depot. The Mash Telegram channel reports that three tanks are burning on the territory of the enterprise.
Drones also attacked Engels in the Saratov region, and it is reported that after another UAV attack, a major fire broke out in the city.
Saratov Region Governor Roman Busargin reports that an industrial enterprise was damaged as a result of a Ukrainian drone raid.
“As a result of the UAV attack, there is damage at an industrial enterprise in Engels. Emergency and operational services are working in an enhanced mode,” he reports.
Busargin does not explain what enterprise he is talking about. He also called the Engels oil depot, which was hit by drones a week ago, an “industrial enterprise.”
Local social media users are writing about a fire at an oil depot and/or refinery in Saratov, on the opposite bank of the Volga from Engels, and are posting videos of the distant fire. Meanwhile, several sources have suggested that the first wave of drones hit the same oil depot that was hit on the night of January 8.
Also in Engels, due to the Ukrainian drone strike on Tuesday, classes were cancelled in schools.
“Due to the threat of a UAV attack, classes in schools will be held remotely,” the head of the Engels district, Mikhail Isaev, wrote on his Telegram channel.
Meanwhile, temporary flight restrictions have been introduced at the airports of Kazan, Kaluga, Saratov, Tambov, Penza and Ulyanovsk due to a massive attack by Ukrainian UAVs.
