Russia is recruiting prisoners who have served sentences for serious crimes into an elite special forces brigade.

    This is unthinkable in normal countries. But, for a crime syndicate like mafia land, such things are no problem. Also not a problem, is for UA forces to fry these cockroaches like all the rest.
