Chairman of the Human Rights Council under the President of the Russian Federation, television propagandist Valery Fadeev proposes to almost double the age of conscription for compulsory military service  for naturalized citizens in Russia.

He stated this on Sunday, September 25, 2022, Russian media write.

“The chairman of the HRC (Human Rights Council – UNIAN) proposed to increase the conscription age of naturalized citizens of the Russian Federation to 45-50 years (now, if they are over 27 years old, they are not subject to conscription),” the report says.

It is worth adding that naturalized Russians are persons from other countries who received Russian citizenship, and were not born with it.

As you know, the HRC reports directly to the administration of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
