According to him, the Russians are raising old military equipment from storage, trying to increase the amount of its armor and immediately sending it to the front line.

Ukrainian troops destroy 2-3 times more military equipment of Russia than the occupiers manage to restore at the factories.
Military expert Roman Svitan, on the air of the Freedom project, said that the Russian Federation now constantly has a negative balance in the amount of equipment.
According to him, the Russians are raising old military equipment from storage, trying to increase the amount of its armor and immediately sending it to the front line.
“After the imposition of sanctions by the Russian Federation, the speed of reproduction and production of new equipment decreased by a factor of two, although they increased the number of shifts to three per day. Now they are geared towards the recovery of old equipment that is in storage,” Svitan said.
He noted that in connection with this situation, Russia also began to remove heavy equipment from storage in Belarus.
“Belarusians have already handed over almost all of their equipment to the Russians. It burns perfectly on the borders of our homeland. Therefore, in the next six months, the Russians will definitely face a complete absence of heavy equipment as such,” the expert stressed.
According to Svitan, Russia will turn to its few allies to get new military equipment.
“In the coming months, we will hear such requests from the Russians, due to the fact that our troops, artillery and MLRS are destroying this equipment in the fields,” he summed up.
Losses of Russian equipment
Since the beginning of the war in Ukraine, Russia has lost a large amount of equipment. The lion’s share was destroyed, but another part was captured as a trophy.
Thus, Ukraine’s rapid breakthrough in the Kharkiv region led to the fact that hundreds of Russian armored vehicles fell into the hands of Ukrainian soldiers, as the Russian army, leaving behind its heavy weapons and supply depots, retreated in disorder.
In early October, the British Ministry of Defense reported that more than half of the Ukrainian tank fleet now consists of military vehicles seized from Russian military vehicles.
On November 1, Belarus again sent the re-opened military equipment to the Russian Federation.
As of November 5, the invaders lost 2758 tanks and 5601 armored fighting vehicles in the war with Ukraine.

So the prediction is may of next year. Hope and pray Ukraine has all it’s territory back by then if not way sooner.

The rate of loss that UA forces are handing to the cockroaches is only battle-related. I’m sure that an X amount of old vehicles also break down more often than newer ones. I ask myself, do they have enough replacement parts for them anymore? It’s safe to assume that there’s been technical changes over the past decades.
