Russia loses 10-15 thousand more troops monthly than it mobilizes, – expert

To solve this problem, Russia may increase the number of North Korean troops.

Russia has long had a negative balance of heavy equipment, particularly tanks. Every month, Ukraine destroys twice or even three times more than the Russian Federation produces.

This opinion was expressed on air by Alexey Getman, a military observer, reserve major and veteran of the Russian-Ukrainian war, on Radio NV .

“Now the same thing is starting to happen with manpower. Their mobilization capacity to attract people to combat operations was at the level of 25 to 40 thousand per month. This is a large number. But 40 was the maximum. Usually it was about 30, or even less. With the destruction of 1,500-2,000 (per day, – UNIAN) – we can destroy 40-45 thousand of the enemy monthly. This is 10-15 thousand more than they can attract,” said Getman.

When asked what consequences this might lead to, the expert replied: “We will have to either attract a large number of troops from North Korea, because they are unlikely to be able to close this negative balance in any other way. Or declare at least a partial mobilization, which Russia really does not want. After all, this could lead to certain internal problems.”
