Today’s enemy attack demonstrated that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has not changed his aggressive actions and terrorist methods, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha stated on the H.

“Russian terrorists have attacked critical civilian infrastructure, particularly energy infrastructure, across Ukraine with hundreds of drones and missiles.
