The troops of the aggressor state of the Russian Federation are redeploying their troops. There are fewer occupiers in the Sumy direction , as the enemy has transferred forces from there to other sections of the front, in particular to the south .

The representative of the department also reported that the units of the Sumy Border Guard Unit and the “Steel Border” brigade were recently visited by the Head of the State Border Service of Ukraine, Serhiy Deyneko, to personally familiarize himself with the situation and commend the Ukrainian soldiers for their steadfastness in confronting the occupiers.
The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that on Thursday, September 4, Ukrainian defense forces repelled four Russian attacks in the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions. The enemy launched 15 air strikes (a total of 33 guided bombs) and carried out 249 artillery attacks, including 10 from multiple rocket launchers.
