The fact that the Russians are not firing Shahed missiles at Kyiv while US President’s special representative Keith Kellogg is there is also a negative aspect, military observer Denis Popovych believes. He said this on Radio NV .

He suggested that after the US President’s special representative leaves Kyiv, the Russians may strike with more drones that they have time to accumulate.
