In response to Ukraine’s ramped up strikes on Crimea, Russia is quickly trying to change the narrative on the war in Ukraine, bringing attention back to the front lines. They are now talking more and more about their supposed successes in Kostyantynivka, a city they’ve been attacking for over 9 months, with little to show for their efforts.
