Russian intelligence claims that the occupiers have the strategic initiative across the entire front.

Russia has unexpectedly announced that it is “close to achieving the goal” of its so-called special operation in Ukraine. This is how Putin’s regime calls the war.

The corresponding statement was made by the Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, Sergei Naryshkin, in a comment to Russian propaganda media. According to him, the occupation army allegedly gained the strategic initiative on all fronts.

“Russia is close to achieving its goal, the strategic initiative in all areas belongs to the Russian military,” Naryshkin said.

In addition, the head of the Russian special services also argues that “the Armed Forces of Ukraine are on the verge of collapse, and the Zelenskyy regime has completely lost its legitimacy and ability to negotiate.”

  1. They are actually nowhere near achieving their goal.

There is still a viable population in moskovia and it has yet to become a worse shithole than Central African Republic.

  2. Did the goal include losing part of mafia land? Seeing the only goals ever mentioned were denazifying Ukraine and de-militarising it, one never existed, the other failed miserably.

  3. Translation: We have failed on all accounts. We cannot achieve our set goals, and we’re afraid of what will happen in the coming year. We are afraid of what Trump will do if we refuse to accept his deal, and so this statement is a lie to make it look like we’re successful and thus are about ready to make a deal.
