Russia hits center of Izyum with ballistics: there are 5 dead and 55 wounded

According to preliminary data, the occupiers used a ballistic missile.

Russian occupiers have launched a ballistic missile at Izyum in the Kharkiv region, killing four people and injuring 20. This was reported by the Chairman of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegubov on Telegram.

“An enemy strike on Izyum. According to preliminary data, the occupiers used a ballistic missile. Four people were killed. At this moment, 17 were wounded, five of them were hospitalized in a medical facility,” he noted.

According to the head of the regional state administration, all emergency services are currently working on the scene.

Sinegubov later added that the enemy had struck the central part of the city, and the number of casualties had increased to 20 people.

“Another person is under the rubble. The aftermath is still being cleaned up. Administrative buildings were partially destroyed, a five-story residential building was damaged,” he wrote.

Updated 13.20. According to him, the death toll has increased to five – rescuers have freed another body. The number of people injured as a result of the shelling has also increased to 38.

This is what the terrorist state is reduced to. They are going nowhere on the battlefield, so the easy option is to target civilians as usual. This will not get a mention anywhere on Western media. Had it been some Hamas terrorists attacking Israel, it would be front page news.

Sinegubov reported that the missile strike was carried out, preliminarily by an Iskander. Among the five killed are a 44-year-old and a 69-year-old man, two women and another man, whose details are being established.

He later added that the dead women were 18 and 19 years old, and one of them was pregnant.
