An “arrival” at the Nova Poshta terminal is reported.

On the afternoon of June 30,  Russian troops attacked Kharkov, several people were wounded and one person was killed, said the city’s mayor, Igor Terekhov.

Updated . OVA chief Sinegubov reported that as of 18:00, the number of casualties as a result of the strike on Kharkov has risen to 9:

“The hit was in the terminal of Nova Poshta. Nine people were injured. Among them was an 8-month-old child, a woman, and the others were men. A man, a post office employee, died. The hit was in the motor pool. Eight cars were destroyed, dozens were damaged. The rubble is still being cleared. There could have been nine people at the site of the hit, they are being searched for.”

“Suspilne” with reference to the chief of police of the region Vladimir Timoshko writes that the person who died as a result of the attack was about 40 years old:

“The body is very torn to pieces, so a laboratory will be used to identify DNA… A family with a baby was not far from the impact site: as a result of the blast wave, the child fell onto the sidewalk and was therefore injured.”

He also said that a guided bomb hit a truck and that more than 10 cars were destroyed.

As of 17:05, the number of victims has increased to 8 people.

According to Terekhov, the explosion in the city occurred at around 16:30.

“A UAB hit almost in the city center. In a civilian enterprise. There is a fire on the site. There are wounded,” he wrote .

Later he added that there is already information about one dead and one injured baby: “An eight-month-old baby and five adults were injured as a result of the terrorist attack on Kharkov. Seven cars of the damaged enterprise are burning. The investigation of the “landing” site is continuing.”

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration (OVA) Oleg Sinegub reported that as a result of the UAB shelling, a post office and seven trucks are on fire.
