Biden spoke about this following talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin
U.S. President Joe Biden told Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a telephone conversation that Russia has no plans to continue the escalation. The President announced this during an interview on the air of 1 + 1 TV channel.

“I received a message from the President of the United States that Russia has assured the United States and the world that it is not going to continue the escalation of the territories of our independent state,” Zelensky said.
As we reported earlier, on December 9, the Presidents of Ukraine and the United States, Volodymyr Zelensky and Joe Biden, held talks.
The day before, on December 7, Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Joe Biden held two-hour talks.
The summit’s agenda included bilateral relations, strategic stability, as well as the situation in Ukraine and NATO enlargement. Zelensky reportedly praised the conversation between U.S. and Russian leaders Joe Biden and Vladimir Putin.
So THIS TIME Putin promises not to escalate tensions on the border with Ukraine. Biden just won’t learn his lesson. I wonder what his excuse will be? How many days will this last? All these concessions made to the tiny dictator are huge wins for his imperial fascism and NOTHING for Ukraine or the USA.
