Russia Found Europe’s Back Door. In today’s briefing, we begin with Ireland and growing controversy over alumina exports linked to Russian supply chains, before examining concerns about visa access, travel arrangements, and other pathways critics describe as loopholes benefiting Moscow. We then move across Europe, looking at Serbia, Belarus, Hungary, and France’s seizure of a sanctioned Russian tanker. From there we cover new discussions regarding Ukrainian refugees in Europe, Romania’s response to Russian strikes near its border, efforts to establish a tribunal for Russian aggression, Zelensky’s requests for additional air defense cooperation, warnings of a major Russian strike, Medvedev’s latest nuclear rhetoric, Russian pressure on Armenia, developments involving Iran and the United States, and how events far beyond Ukraine may continue shaping the war’s trajectory.

  1. Europe … a weak, slow, and cowardly entity. Screwing up at every step of the way, incompetent at everything it does, a slow and bureaucratic monster sloth that doesn’t know what to do, when to do it, and how to do it … except issuing useless statements, discussing endlessly, and coming to no rock-solid conclusion.
