Russia Dropped Four Bombs on Kherson: City Suffers Destruction, Casualties (Video)

This morning, the Russian occupation army dropped four aerial bombs on the center of Kherson , several civilians were injured, residential buildings were damaged, and the military administration building was destroyed. This was reported by the head of the Kherson OVA, Oleksandr Prokudin , who also released a corresponding video.

“This is what the center of Kherson looks like now. In just fifteen minutes, four Russian KABs “flew” into this place. The strikes caused even greater damage to the KHOVA building, which the Russians had attacked several times before. The entrance to the multi-story building was also destroyed, and the windows of the surrounding houses were knocked out and the facades were damaged,” the official said.

The operational headquarters of the Kherson OVA has been deployed on the site. The priority is to help the victims and eliminate the consequences of the attack.

He added that according to preliminary data, two men, aged 74 and 68, were injured. In addition, thanks to rescuers, four people were rescued from the blocked basement.

Consequences of the Russian attack in Kherson

According to the press service of the Kherson Regional Prosecutor’s Office, on June 5, Russian troops carried out air, artillery and drone strikes on the city.

“The hit of four guided aerial bombs on the regional center was recorded. At least five apartment buildings, an administrative building and an educational institution building were damaged,” the department reported.

An investigation has been launched into the facts of violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
