The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia has declared wanted Karim Khan, the prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC).
Khan had issued an arrest warrant for Vladimir Putin and the Russian children’s ombudsman for the abduction of children from Ukraine.
According to the Russian outlet Mediazona, Karim Khan’s profile has appeared in the database of wanted individuals of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs. The specific charges of the ICC prosecutor are not specified.
In March, the ICC issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin, holding him responsible for the illegal deportation of thousands of children from Ukraine. The warrant means that Putin could be arrested if he travels to any member country of the International Criminal Court.
Three days after the arrest warrant, as reported by “Mediazona,” the Russian Investigative Committee launched a criminal case under charges of “bringing knowingly innocent persons to criminal responsibility” and “preparing an attack on a representative of a foreign state enjoying international protection with the aim of complicating international relations.”
Prosecutor Karim Khan and justices Tomoko Akane, Rosario Salvatore Aitala, and Sergio Gerardo Ugalde Godinez are among the ICC personnel being investigated by Russia.

“bringing knowingly innocent persons to criminal responsibility”
The orcs must be very confused in how international law works. Putler has been guilty of breaking international laws in Ukraine since 2014 when his Little Green Men invaded. Putler admitted this himself. Since then, Putler has been doing his best Hitler impersonation, by committing genocide, and countless war crimes in Ukraine.
Hitler always says: Putin gives Nazism a bad name!
The weakness of their doctrine is the unipolar and disconnected character of their political decision.
These procedures are ineffective in a world that must guarantee the exercise of international law.
The Muscovites exist only in the balance of power and the instrumentalization of physical and verbal abuse. They only seem to understand that. Literally, they threaten as they breathe.
Moscow is like a funnel increasingly clogged with hundreds of bullshit.
Putinismus ante-mortem. Amen!
I’d like to know why the ICC stopped with issuing arrest warrants for Putler and that child abusing smut whatshername. They could issue dozens more … hundreds, thousands!
Unless I’m mistaken, this is what I read (House hearing a month ago) :
1. Just the indictment against the Kremlin Gnome for the deportation of the children took 5-6 months to prepare! And that’s a very, very short time frame compared to legal practices in this area.
2. Moreover, for cases like the bombing of civilians in Dnipro for example, Ukraine looks at all the relevant details for an accusation: who gives the order, who targets, who presses the button… Not easy to gather all the information.
3. Ukraine seeks to have very consistent files, compared to the level of international requirement with files of this type. This allows for maximum positive results in the judging phase.
4. Finally, but this is a personal opinion, maybe we are still holding other charges in abeyance to put pressure on Moscow…
