The Odesa region is under massive attack, and there is a threat to the western regions.
On Tuesday, August 19, Russia again launched enemy drones over the territory of Ukraine. The enemy also used ballistic missiles over the Odessa region, reports the Telegram channel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The report indicates that enemy drones in the Odessa region are being tracked towards Tatarbunary, also under attack from Izmail. In addition, the agency reported that enemy UAV groups are moving from the Kharkiv region to the Poltava region.
Odessa Mayor Gennady Trukhanov reported that an explosion was heard in the city and urged residents to stay in shelters.
The monitors also noticed that the air alert was declared due to the threat of “Shaheeds” in the western regions – Volyn, Rivne and Zhytomyr. It is noted that this is the first time that jet UAVs have flown so far.
According to monitors, Russian occupiers are attacking energy infrastructure in the Odessa region.
