Psychologists are working at the scene of the incident and an operational headquarters has been set up.

The Russian army has been attacking Odessa with attack drones for several days in a row. On the night of February 14, the city was attacked again, resulting in the destruction of a house and the death of an elderly woman.
As Inna Verba, press secretary for the Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office, told UNIAN, Russians launched a cynical attack on the city’s residential sector overnight. An apartment in a one-story residential building was destroyed.

“A 75-year-old woman died. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code (‘war crimes resulting in death’),” Verba said.
According to the regional press service of the State Emergency Service, the drone strike caused a fire that has already been extinguished. The windows of nearby outbuildings and private houses were also damaged. A State Emergency Service psychologist was on site, providing essential support to those caught in the middle of the disaster and those who lost a loved one. Twenty-six rescuers and seven pieces of special equipment from the State Emergency Service were deployed to the disaster response.
