Russia attacked Kyiv with 12 ballistic missiles: there are hits

Explosions were heard in the Ukrainian capital on the evening of October 21, preceded by a warning of ballistic missile launches in the direction of the capital . This was reported by the Air Force and the city’s mayor, Vitali Klitschko.

Updated 23:50. As of 23:30, the number of injured has increased to 5 people. All are receiving necessary medical assistance.

As reported by the Kyiv MVA, according to preliminary information, private residential buildings were damaged in the Dnipro district as a result of an enemy strike.

“Also, at another location in the Dnipro district, a gas station was damaged. According to preliminary information, there are casualties,” they added.

According to Klitschko, in the Dnipro district, a service station building was hit, as well as a private residential building: currently, two people are known to have been injured as a result of the enemy attack.

“In the same area, debris hit another private residential building. There may be people under the rubble. In another location in the Dnipro district, debris fell near a gas station,” the mayor noted.

According to monitors, a total of approximately 12 ballistic missiles were used, mostly S-400s.
