Russia has assembled a large number of fighters and aircraft at a military airfield in Voronezh.

Satellite images from April 9 showed at least 32 Su-27 fighter jets, one Il-76 and other aircraft. The Russians assembled all the aviation at the Voronezh base Baltimore, which was opened after many years of reconstruction in November 2021.
