According to an UNIAN correspondent, Vera Yastrebova, director of the public organization Eastern Human Rights Group, said this at a briefing at the Ukraine-Odesa media center. According to her, the Russian invaders forcibly take out Ukrainian children by organizing the so-called “evacuation” of orphanages in the Russian Federation.

They also forcibly take out children who are deprived under various pretexts of parental care by the occupation administrations, that is, after the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation into Ukraine. “The children were actually kidnapped,” Yastrebova said.

According to her, such Ukrainian children are concentrated in the occupied territory, where medical examinations are carried out, for which Russia officially provides funds. In particular, the funds are intended for “medical filtration” of 82,000 children from the occupied territories of Ukraine, including from the Zaporozhye region and the Kherson region.

She added that earlier in the Russian Federation they did not show interest in the health of Ukrainian children in the occupied territory. This began after the minors who had previously been taken to the Russian Federation and given up for adoption there began to be returned by new parents. As Yastrebova explained, they referred to the poor health of babies and adolescents.

“Russia has allocated more than 353 million rubles for this medical testing. The deadline for this actually medical filtration is from November 1 to December 31, 2022,” she said.

The human rights activist believes that in the cities of the concentration of children in the occupied territories, after “medical filtration”, the healthy ones are sent to Russia, and those who have some kind of health flaws are left.

In Russia, a special database has been created, in which the data of the exported Ukrainian children are entered, completely changing personal data so that real relatives could not find them.

According to human rights activists, in this way in the Russian Federation they want to correct their demographic situation, because many Russian soldiers are dying because of the war unleashed against Ukraine.

According to Yastrebova, detention camps have been set up in the Russian Federation, where certain events are held with Ukrainian children, the process of obtaining Russian citizenship, and the like, is being started. She emphasizes that in the future, little Ukrainians will be used as biological material, “cutting out of the brain” historical memory.

“As of November 29, 4 million 466 citizens of Ukraine entered the Russian Federation, including 715 thousand 934 children,” Yastrebova said.

She explained that among these children there are those who moved in with their parents, and the figures are official, which were announced by the Russian Federation itself.

Deportation of Ukrainians

Earlier, Ombudsman Dmitry Lubinets reported that at the beginning of December, at least 2 million 800 thousand Ukrainians were deported or forced to leave for the territory of the Russian Federation.

The head of the Luhansk OVA, Sergei Gaidai, said that the invaders were taking children out of the region to Chechnya in order to give them “patriotic education” there.

The office of the Prosecutor General reported that the former military man, who had betrayed Ukraine, took an underage guy from the Kiev region to Belarus .
