Russian kids are given a mockup of Bakhmut. What a nice toy. The Putler Youth movement is in full swing.

……………

This is now a “World War.”

The alliance of Russia, Iran, North Korea, and Iran’s proxies Hamas, Hezhollah and the Houthis actively attacking the west with missiles throughout the Middle East – makes this a “World War”.

And let’s not forget China. China has entered this war because North Korea’s dictator, Kim Jung Un, could never enter this conflict, providing missiles, artillery and soldiers, without full endorsement by China’s Xi Jinping. North Korea is 97% dependent upon China for food and energy.

Xi Jinping and Putin coordinated on the full scale invasion date in 2022, Xi did not want it to interfere with his Beijing Olympics so asked Putin to delay the invasion, which he did. So China is fueling this world war and supporting Russia with North Korean troops and weapons.

Who would have imagined North Korean troops fighting in Europe supporting a Russian invasion? It is seemingly implausible. But it is happening.

This could give Putin unlimited number of troops to fuel his invasion of Europe. In exchange for Russia giving North Korea advanced military technology (which is an even bigger problem set long term!).

This must terrify the Baltic countries of Latvia, Lithuania, as well as Norway, Sweden, Poland.

Ukraine is now fighting alone against two of the largest aggressor armies: Russian and North Korea, supported by China and Iran.
Iranian and North Korean soldiers have been killed by Ukraine Armed Forces in Ukraine. So, they are already there.

Putin euthanized his own prison population on the front lines. Now he can euthanize the North Korean army (which is essentially North Koreas prison population).

The only way to destroy these large aggressor armies, who are invading Europe, in their chosen ‘war of attrition’ is large amounts of cluster munitions. Russia has lost over 700,000 killed or wounded. And over 50% of those casualties have been due to cluster munitions (according to U.S. active duty experts) which were severely delayed due to political reasons.

It is time to give as much ammo as Ukraine needs – as many cluster munitions as Ukraine needs to win.

……………..

Russian soldiers 𝐛𝐨𝐦𝐛 civilians in Ukraine as a form of entertainment. They call it “Human Safari” as they strike civilian cars and fly FPV drones into apartments. They even broadcast the recordings live. This is footage from Kherson, a city occupied by russians early 2022 and then reclaimed by Ukrainians. So, now russians 𝐛𝐨𝐦𝐛 and 𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥 the citizens of a city they once claimed to have “liberated.” This tells you everything you need to know about how russia wants to “liberate” and “save” the russian speaking population of Ukraine: by indiscriminately bombing them for fun.

…………….

Over 100 Ukrainian POWs have been executed by the russians.

Ombudsman Lubinets: “This is a deliberate policy of russia, but international organizations turn a blind eye. I see neither public nor legal reaction to these events – there are still no arrest warrants for war criminals.”

……………….

The current state of the Russo-Ukrainian War.

In the war, neither side was able to secure a real advantage in 2.5 years. The turning point has not yet come, but it is getting closer.

None of the parties has infinite resources. Each side has vulnerabilities, and each side’s task is to protect their own vulnerabilities and strike at the opponent’s vulnerabilities.

Vulnerabilities of russia:

  • An overheated economy and the depletion of financial reserves;
  • Dependence on the high price of oil: at $50 per barrel, everything would collapse;
  • Dependence on China, which is constantly deepening;
  • The imperial, colonialist nature of russian statehood: dozens of peoples and regional identities with unequal social status;
  • An authoritarian regime that weakly perceives external signals and often produces unsuccessful management decisions;
  • Depletion of military equipment warehouses.

Vulnerabilities of Ukraine:

  • A weak, small economy;
  • Dependence on Western partners for funding and weapons;
  • The vulnerability of the energy system;
  • A democratic regime, which requires citizens’ consent to wage war.

At the current moment, Ukraine’s greatest vulnerability is the consent of its citizens to wage war.

Ukrainian society is losing its consent to continue the war due to the following factors:

  • The physical depletion of volunteers. Those who wanted to join the army have long since done so. Others are not moved by calls and advertising.
  • The incapacity of the mobilization system. While all legal grounds and personal data exist, there is no political will or organizational capacity.
  • Feeling of betrayal from the Western partners.

Everything is not as bad, but it is much more difficult than it was in 2023. Ukraine still has allies, the front hasn’t been breached, Ukrainian military industry is building capacity, the russians were not able to capture a single regional center yet, logistics are functioning, air defense protects cities, military command remains intact, parliament works, volunteers work, taxes are paid, bread is baked daily, trolleybuses run.

It’s a third year of Ukrainian heroism.

P.S. A big part of this analysis was taken from Валерій Пекар

…………./

NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte stated that Ukraine will join the Alliance as its 33rd or 34th member in the future.

I appreciate the gesture, but Ukrainians need help now. They need to survive until the membership takes place. Plain and simple.

Professor Timothy Synder is great at exposing russian propaganda.

He is an American historian specializing in the history of Central and Eastern Europe, the Soviet Union, and Ukraine.

He is a great supporter of Ukraine – both in their fight against russian invaders on the ground, and against russian misinformation online.

  1. Prof Tim Snyder, referenced by Roman, is always bang on the money when it comes to understanding putinaZi disinformation.

    Also, in OFP’s Newsweek post, we get the following quote:

    “Margarita Simonyan, who controls the narrative fed to the Russian people as editor-in-chief of the state-controlled channel Russia Today (RT), said Putin is able to pull the strings of the U.S. electorate and therefore ultimately influence policy decisions.”

    But both seemed to have forgotten that an equally evil and pervasive source of of kremlin hate and lies comes from inside America: Alex Jones, Ivan Muskovy, Jeffrey Sachs, Fucker Karlsonov and Moscow Marge.
    But the biggest of all is Trump himself, who has promised cabinet posts to the most vile Ukraine-haters in America : RFK Jr, Tulsi Gabbard, JD Vance, Musk and Elbridge Colby. Advising in the background is a convicted criminal with nazi ideology: Steve Bannon. Not to forget DT Jr, who is a chip off the old block.

  2. “The only way to destroy these large aggressor armies, who are invading Europe, in their chosen ‘war of attrition’ is large amounts of cluster munitions.”

    Here, Roman is echoing the advice of his friend Dan Rice, Director of the American University in Kyiv.
    These munitions are absolutely vital and must be supplied in massive quantities. Especially bearing in mind that there seems little likelihood of a U.S. policy change in terms of long range fire restrictions.
    The putinaZis are advancing and they don’t mind how long it takes.
    Yesterday the defenders took out c. 1500 orcs. They must double that daily rate consistently, in order to change the course of the war.
    As Sir Bill Browder often remarks, “Putin has no reverse gear.”

  3. “Ukraine is now fighting alone against two of the largest aggressor armies: Russian and North Korea, supported by China and Iran.”

    And Ukraine’s allies, although together the most powerful military and economic blocks on this planet, have tied the country’s abilities behind its back – for fear of escalation, which is happening anyway and all the time.
