Rocket debris fell on a residential building in Kyiv’s Obolonsky district

In the Obolonsky district of the capital, rocket debris fell on a residential building. This was reported by the head of the Kyiv City State Administration, Serhiy Popko .

According to preliminary data, there is damage to a multi-storey residential building. Information about possible damage and casualties is being clarified.

“The State Emergency Service units are on their way to the scene,” Popko wrote.

In turn, the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko , clarified that in the Obolonsky district of the capital, debris fell on a residential building.

“There is a fire on the 8th and 9th floors. All emergency services are on site,” Klitschko noted.

He later clarified that there have been no calls from victims from the house in Obolon where the debris fell. At the same time, doctors are on duty at the scene.

Popko added that, according to operational information, a fire broke out on a balcony on one of the floors.
