Restoration of bridges in the Kyiv region: the Ministry of Infrastructure announced the deadlines

Restoration of communication on the Kyiv-Chop highway is scheduled to be completed in a couple of weeks.

The restoration of each destroyed bridge in the Kiev region , according to preliminary calculations, will take 2-3 months.

This is reported by the Ministry of Infrastructure in Telegram.

The Ministry of Infrastructure reminded that, according to preliminary information, as a result of the criminal actions of Russia, the following were destroyed:

bridge on the highway M-06 Kyiv-Chop, Parking; bridge between the Bucha and m. Irpin; bridge over the river Bucha, on the road T-10–01; bridge on the R-30 road Access to Irpin, km 6+000; bridge on the road M-07 Kyiv – Kovel – Yagodin, km 23 + 000 across the river. Irpin in Gostomel.

“In the coming days, we will begin restoring the destroyed bridges. According to preliminary calculations, each bridge will take 2-3 months. At the same time, we are working on temporary solutions to restore communication along the Kyiv-Chop highway. The plan is to complete the work in a couple of weeks. We also plan to restore railway communication in a month from Svyatoshyn to Klavdievo,” said Oleksandr Kubrakov, Minister of Infrastructure of Ukraine.

According to him, the Highway Service in the Kiev region has already begun the construction of a crossing on the site of the destroyed bridge and, in parallel, the start of construction of a bridge on the M-06 Kyiv-Chop highway, near the village. Parking.

The construction of a temporary road for the construction of a new bridge on the R-30 route to Irpen has also begun.

Also, to restore the movement of electric trains on the Svyatoshyn-Klavdiyevo route, Ukrzaliznytsia begins the process of repairing the station and tracks. The work is scheduled to be completed within a month.

Recall that the US Embassy reacted to the atrocities of the Russians in the Kiev region. The US government is committed to establishing accountability using all available tools.
