Verkhovna Rada Chairman Dmytro Razumkov signed an order convening an extraordinary session of parliament on July 21. This was announced by the Information Department of the Verkhovna Rada Office on Friday, July 17.
“To convene an extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine of the ninth convocation at 12 o’clock on July 21, 2020,” the statement reads.
It is proposed to consider:
- draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Certain Laws of Ukraine Concerning Improvement of Conditions for Support of Electricity Production from Alternative Energy Sources (Reg. № 3658);
- draft Resolution of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the formation and liquidation of districts (registered № 3650);
- draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2020” on Adequate Financial Support for the Restoration of the Institute of Social Work Specialists to Identify and Support Families (Persons) in Difficult Life Circumstances (Reg. № 3807);

We will remind, on July 17 Razumkov closed the third session of BP. The fourth session will begin on September 1.

Just amazing how they openly support Russia, and get away with it. Could you imagine a Russian openly supporting Ukraine in Russia? It would be a choose your window moment.
There might be less Moskali ass-kissing if they implemented a strict visa regime for the aggressor state and state sponsor of terrorism. Might make some money off of it too but at least the SBU would know who’s here and it if chased away some GRU maybe some from the Moskali party maybe suddenly find their patriotism if they didn’t worry about flying lessons from the 9th floor.
The SBU is keeping track of who enters Ukrainian territory from mafia land, with or without a visa. But, you are right, Red, a strict visa regime would make their job easier.
Are the Moskali using biometrics yet? If not, then the SBU can only record who and what they’re told. Some GRU have many aliases.
Muscovy had them since 2010, but could you trust the data on them?
