According to it, there’s evidence pointing to russia deliberately destroying the Kakhovka Dam. I have no doubt as to Russia’s being responsible for the dam being blown. Only they got any immediate advantage from it. Ukraine loses it for the long run and gains nothing from it.
The only question is if Russia accidentally set off the charges. That they set them off, there is no doubt except among Putinist trolls.
The Wagners were doing all the dirty work while the regulars fucked up as i remember. Of course good for Ukraine, but not so much for the invaders. The rise against Putin can only be accompanied by paramilitary forces and men at arms in general. So i think Putin’s regime is desintegrating.
