Military personnel of the Russian Federation have been turned into scum, the adviser of the Office of the President of Ukraine noted.

The Russian military was deceived, the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin , wiped his feet on the honor of a Russian officer.

The Russian military has been turned into those from which the whole world turns away in horror, Oleksiy Arestovych , adviser to the Office of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, told Russian journalist Yulia Latynina.

Arestovych noted that the Russian military does not justify itself “with orders and oaths, launching missiles at peaceful Ukrainian cities, killing Ukrainian children.”

“…Putin wiped his feet on the honor of a Russian officer, on the honor of a Russian soldier. He made you stupid, he corrupted you, he made you executioners of peaceful people, and the most shameful thing is that this is done by playing on your feelings, the natural feelings of any a man to protect his homeland and even devote his life to such a profession. That’s why when you joined the army, took the oath, I think you were guided by the best feelings, … – to protect your own … Who did you turn into …?”, – he asked.

The OPU adviser added that the Russian military had been turned into scum.

“…You have been made scum, and it is up to you to decide whether you will remain scum or not…” – said the adviser.

According to Arestovych, he believes that some of the officers and soldiers will come to their senses and remember that they took an oath to protect Russia, not to destroy it and make it a scarecrow for the whole world.
