Two candidates for the French presidency, Gabriel Attal and Edouard Philippe, have condemned the Russian Federation for shelling a Ukrzaliznytsia diplomatic train near the Ukrainian border with Poland. Both politicians have called for tougher sanctions against the Kremlin and increased support for Kyiv.
They responded to the incident on their Twitter accounts. Both Attal and Philipp are convinced that Russian troops deliberately targeted civilian railway infrastructure.
Gabriel Attal compared the enemy strike to an “electric shock”
The Secretary General of the center-right Renaissance party, who was the youngest Prime Minister of France, told his followers that on the morning of September 13, the Russian army again carried out a drone attack on Ukraine’s energy and railway infrastructure.
