The goal of the Russian government is to create conditions for society to support mobilization.

Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on preparations for mobilization .

“Technical mobilization, meaning factories, enterprises, and so on. And, in particular, apparently, the possibility of human mobilization is not ruled out,” he said.

Denisenko added that the Russians want to watch the war on TV, but categorically do not want to fight. Now the goal of the Russian authorities is to create conditions for society to support the mobilization.

“The covert mobilization shows that they don’t really have queues at the military registration and enlistment offices to recruit as many people as they wanted. I don’t have all the information yet, but it could be some kind of swing of history to be able to tighten the screws even more. As UNIAN reported earlier, military expert Oleg Zhdanov informed that the  Russian special services  were preparing the ground for the option Putin is considering to replenish the missing reserves – general mobilization.

Earlier in the Russian Federation, the age limit for concluding the first contract in the army, which was previously 40 years for Russian citizens, and 30 for foreigners, was canceled . 

Then, in the State Duma of the Russian Federation, it was proposed  to conclude contracts for service in the Armed Forces and the National Guard with school graduates without conscription service experience. 

According to the representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine Vadym Skibitsky, Russia has already involved 105 battalion tactical groups in the fighting on the territory of Ukraine. At the same time, their number  may increase.

The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence (GUR) of the Ministry of Defense, Kirill Budanov, said that  it makes no sense to wait for the depletion of the offensive potential of the Russian army.
