Putin signed a decree that prohibits land ownership in the occupied Crimea without Russian citizenship

Russian President Vladimir Putin has added almost the entire territory of Crimea occupied by Russia to the list of territories on which land without Russian citizenship cannot own.

This is stated in the text of the decree , which appeared on the website of official documents.

The list includes land plots of the following areas: Bakhchisarai; Dzhankoysky; Kirovsky; Krasnoperekopsky; Leninsky; Nizhnegorsky; Razdolnensky; Saksky; Simferopolsky; Soviet. Black Sea.

In addition, we are talking about the border land plots of the city districts of Alushta, Armyansk, Yevpatoriya, Kerch, Saki, Sudak, Feodosia and Yalta.

The Autonomous Republic of Crimea was illegally torn away from Ukraine in the spring of 2014 as a result of a special operation planned by Moscow for the general destabilization of the country after the Revolution of Dignity.

The Verkhovna Rada established the official date for the beginning of the occupation of the peninsula by the troops of the Russian Federation on February 20, 2014.

  1. I was going to say that its a good thing, because they will build factories, nice big houses and sorts of improvements will be made, which when vatnikistan collapses yet again will all then pass back to the original and legal land owners.

Sadly as we all know, anything the vatnikis make isn’t worth a wank, so would all need rebuilding anyway.

I wonder where all these proud new landowners will be getting their power and water from.

  2. The little pecker only wants this place to look exclusive to attract investors. Potential customers from outside of mafia land won’t or can’t invest in the place anyhow and most wealthy Ruskies have no interest in the place.
