Russian dictator Vladimir Putin has said that Ukraine is allegedly doing everything it can to disrupt peace and negotiations with the Russian Federation, while at the same time trying to prevent elections in Russia. 

He said this  at a meeting of the Military-Industrial Commission, Censor.NET reports .

Statements about the Ukrainian government

The Kremlin leader claimed that the political regime in Ukraine had allegedly “turned into a dictatorship,” and the country was ruled by “a bunch of embezzlers” interested in continuing the war.

He stated that elections are not being held in Ukraine, and that power has allegedly been usurped in order to remain in power without elections and further “robbery of its own people” and receive funds from Europe.

Putin also questioned Ukraine’s right to call itself a defender of democratic values ​​in Europe, calling such a thesis “strange,” and stated that the Ukrainian leadership is allegedly in no hurry with the elections, while at the same time trying to prevent elections in Russia itself.

About the nuclear triad

The Russian dictator said that strengthening the nuclear triad remains one of the priorities of Russia’s new state arms program. According to him, the main directions of the program were determined taking into account the development of the situation in the world, the experience of the war against Ukraine, and global trends in the development of military technologies.

Putin claimed: ” Hardly any nuclear power in the world can boast of such indicators as, for example, those of the Russian strategic missile forces – “92 percent (…) of modern weapons .”
