Russia lost two more Su-30s in a training accident in Kaliningrad. The United States has resumed early warning intelligence sharing and Trump ordered Elon Musk to restore full capability of Starlink / Starshield for Ukraine. Russia released an American hostage Steven Hubbard in exchange for sanctions being lifted and billions of dollars from the United States in diesel purchases.
