The Russian leader claimed he was supposedly ready to meet President Volodymyr Zelenskyy — but only if Zelenskyy comes to Moscow. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha called this a manipulation by Putin
Sybiha wrote about it on X.
“At least seven countries are currently ready to host a meeting between the leaders of Ukraine and Russia to end the war. These include Austria, the Holy See, Switzerland, Turkey, and three Gulf states. These are serious offers, and President Zelenskyy is ready for such a meeting at any time. However, Putin continues to manipulate everyone by making deliberately unacceptable proposals,” the minister noted.
He stressed that only increased pressure can force Russia to take the peace process seriously.
Earlier, the propaganda outlet RIA Novosti reported that Vladimir Putin expressed readiness to meet Zelenskyy in Moscow, claiming he had “never refused.”
“I have never refused, if such a meeting is well-prepared and leads to positive results… If Zelenskyy is ready, let him come to Moscow, the meeting will take place,” Putin said.
The Russian leader also stated he informed U.S. President Donald Trump about a possible meeting with the Ukrainian leader, adding that “it is possible to agree on an acceptable option to end the conflict in Ukraine.”

He’s just stalling for time again. He doesn’t tell Ukraine what they can or can’t do.
putin is in a pickle, he can’t fly over European countries because he’s afraid to be arrested. I think that’s why he went to Alaska. And his only other choice would be to fly over China/Mongolia to the M.E. or somewhere. It is clear he doesn’t want to meet so the next step is called for.
Even if a meeting would take place, turkish globalist Zelensky wants Crimea. So any talks are a waste of time anyway. No idea how i survived a whole decade of this bullshit. But i’ll go to play golf now. 😎
Ukraine needs the Crimea and the people of Crimea want to be part of Ukraine too. Besides all that, the Crimea is a very strategic area in the Black Sea. Ukraine will never be free until they regain the Crimea, imo 🙂
Zelensky is doing what the country wants, its not his personal adjenda like the “leaders” of the US, China, India and Orcville have. You can not like him personally, but he is the cream of the crop for integrity, steadfastness, honesty and intelligence.
They can meet in Alaska. putler would need a good excuse not to go there.
